Rettew is seeking an experienced leader to serve as the Lead Regional Operations Leader for our Region 1 Municipal Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding project managers, engineers, planners, and subject matter experts to achieve exceptional results in project execution, client relations, and business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in staff management, project management, business development, and client relations. They will also possess strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a large, diverse, multi-located team to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue growth, client satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Establish a yearly regional operating budget and monitor financial performance
- Retain existing clients and expand business through cross-selling services
- Lead regularly scheduled team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressively established experience in the engineering industry with an emphasis on staff, project, client, contract, and quality management
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a large, diverse, multi-located team to achieve results
- Proven track record of success in project management, business development, and client relations

Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000 per year.
