About the Role

As a Deposit Portfolio Strategist at First Tech Credit Union, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our deposit portfolios and ensuring their optimal performance. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in product management, pricing, and value proposition strategies to drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • Direct the creation of strategic plans to ensure the sale and profitability of deposit products and develop engaging product propositions.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from development to decline, for consumer and commercial deposits, including portfolio management and performance analysis.
  • Continuously assess and adjust existing product offerings, processes, procedures, and pricing strategies to optimize portfolio populations and mixes.
  • Stay current on the competitive landscape, market behaviors, and pricing momentum to maintain a competitive position and overall portfolio viability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience leading a diverse team, with a strong background in financial services and product management.
  • Proven track record of success in product management, pricing, and value proposition strategies, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Experience with digital product growth, marketing, and portfolio management, as well as data-driven decision making.
  • Certification/License: Scrum CSM or CPO is strongly preferred.
