Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and address potential security threats.
  • Monitor and respond to emergency situations, including but not limited to, medical emergencies, fights, and suspicious activity.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a unified and effective security presence.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Motor Vehicle License with a good driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years old for Backside and 21 years old for Frontside.
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification and Indiana Horse Racing Commission licensure required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Work Environment

The Security Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to noise, smoke, and extreme temperatures. The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing situations is essential.
