We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Urology NP or PA to join our team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting our urologists, providing direct patient care, and ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage urology patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings, utilizing clinical expertise and critical thinking.
  • Collaborate with urologists during surgeries and procedures, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, making informed decisions based on test results.
  • Prescribe medications and offer health education to patients, promoting independence and self-care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in the field of urology, staying current with best practices and research.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, with a strong foundation in urology.
  • Current state NP or PA license, without restrictions, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, showcasing commitment to excellence and patient care.
  • At least 2 years of urology experience, preferred but not mandatory, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with a patient-centered approach.

Compensation:

  • Estimated annual salary: $85,000 - $90,000, based on experience, providing a competitive compensation package.
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus, demonstrating our commitment to attracting top talent.
