Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Essentia Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and deliver comprehensive care by managing all phases of the patient care process, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Act as a team leader by delegating care responsibilities to nursing staff based on their licensure, training, and role specifications.
- Play a crucial role in advancing the facility's and Essentia's mission and goals, making a meaningful impact on the community we serve.
- Adhere to the standards set by the Joint Commission and other relevant federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
Work Environment:
- Our Med/Surg Unit cares for patients with various medical conditions, including orthopedic post-operative patients, fracture and repair cases, post-surgical patients, and medical overflow patients.
- As a Registered Nurse, you will work a 60-hour pay period, every third weekend, and rotating 12-hour shifts.
