We are currently seeking a qualified OB/GYN Physician to join our practice in Shiloh, Illinois. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to a diverse patient demographic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients throughout pregnancy and childbirth, including prenatal counseling, delivery, and postnatal follow-up.
- Conduct patient follow-ups to assess and monitor health conditions.
- Advise patients on safe sex practices and preventive healthcare measures.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including screenings and biopsies, to accurately identify health issues.
- Supervise and guide medical staff, including nurses and physician assistants, in accordance with established protocols.
- Deliver high-quality routine women's health services, demonstrating expertise in the diagnosis and management of obstetric and gynecological conditions.
- Participate in on-call duties, providing urgent and emergency care as needed.
- Manage patient flow effectively in a busy outpatient setting, accommodating both scheduled and same-day appointments.
- Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers and team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
- Valid medical license and board certification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or private practice setting is preferred.
- Proficient in patient documentation and familiar with relevant electronic health record systems.
- Exemplary bedside manner with a compassionate and personable approach.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
