As a clinical leader, you will work closely with our Nurse Supervisors and Office Managers to ensure that our patients receive individualized care that meets their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Exemplary Practice and Outcomes: Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care, using evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking to ensure that care is individualized and coordinated.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care that promotes our professional care delivery model, including diverse and inclusive interdisciplinary communication methods and timely documentation.
- Professional Development and Initiative: Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments, required mandatory education, and population-specific education, and serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses to ensure a current and future qualified workforce.
- Evidence-Based Practice and Research: Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement in nursing, and participate in activities such as value analysis to evaluate patient care products.
- Education: Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelor's Nursing
- Licenses and Certifications: Current/active license as a registered nurse in the State of Georgia, Basic Life Support (BLS) card from the American Heart Association, and ACLS/PALS may be required in some practice areas.
- Experience: Experience with direct patient care, with additional specialty experience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak the English language, optimize the use of technology to support clinical care, and hold basic computer skills, strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
