Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead our team at UNC Rockingham Hospital in Eden, NC. As a Clinical Nutrition Manager, you will be responsible for providing nutritional care for various inpatient units, managing one dietitian, and overseeing the clinical nutrition program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement nutritional care plans for patients
- Manage and supervise dietitians and other nutrition staff
- Conduct quality improvement initiatives, such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians and nurses, to provide comprehensive patient care
- Assist with Food Service Management as needed
- Registered Dietitian credentials and licensure in NC
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
