Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in high-risk delivery attendance and provide emergency care as needed.
- Conduct thorough assessments of neonates and document findings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Current APRN national specialty certification.
- Minimum of a master's degree in a related field.
