We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Property Coordinator/Data Entry Clerk at Recruit Monitor's Facilities and Testing Department. This temporary position is not to exceed 12 weeks and requires a strong understanding of office procedures and the ability to follow instructions.

Key responsibilities include preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry, checking source documents for accuracy, verifying and correcting data where necessary, transcribing information into required electronic format, and checking completed work for accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have two (2) years of courses in a designated field or trade school, and three (3) years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Familiarity with MAXIMO and Microsoft Office suite is also preferred.
