About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Land Development team in Gaithersburg. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Firm Leadership to capitalize on existing client opportunities and develop plans for future client opportunities
  • Create, build, and maintain our client base to support the growth of the region and firm
  • Hire and develop staff, including developing future leaders of the firm
  • Provide project management and site plan production process oversight and actively manage projects as needed
  • Play an integral role in the evolution of our new Montgomery County office

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field
  • Maryland professional licensure preferred (PE, RLA)
  • Local and regional industry contacts with experience nurturing and growing client relationships and delivering Best-in-Class service
  • A demonstrated history of leading and motivating high-performance site design teams
  • Business acumen with demonstrated success meeting metric goals
  • Energy and passion for project management to support quality design and development across a wide range of market sectors
