About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and driven New and Used RV Sales Representative to join our team at Camping World in Lakeville, MN. As an RV Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and used RVs, building relationships with customers, and working closely with the finance team to close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and meeting with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process.
  • Inventory Management: Stay up-to-date on inventory levels, ensuring that the sales floor is always fully stocked and that customers have access to a wide selection of RVs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to ensure that customers receive the best possible financing options and complete the sale in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in sales, preferably in the RV industry.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
  • Physical Demands: May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices; periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $140,000, based on location and performance. This is a 100% commission-based role, with variable compensation estimated annual range of $60,000 - $160,000+. In certain states, you may be eligible for an hourly rate in addition to variable compensation. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, you will receive a minimum wage plus commissions earned. All other states will receive minimum compensation equivalent to 150% of the applicable minimum wage, which offsets variable compensation.
