Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist at Leonardo Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, from young athletes to seniors, addressing various orthopedic injuries. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient care through innovative treatment methods.
Treatment Techniques Include:
- MLS Class IV Laser Therapy
- Graston Technique
- Orthotic Fabrication
- Running Assessments
- Skilled Manual Therapies
- Gym Programs
- Balance Programs
- Vestibular Physical Therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal issues
- Develop tailored treatment plans and set achievable goals
- Maintain accurate documentation to comply with insurance and regulatory standards
- Monitor and manage patient progress throughout their therapy
- Ensure timely billing for services rendered
- Collaborate effectively with fellow therapists and support staff
- Perform additional clinical duties as assigned by the clinical manager
- Note: Full-time positions require availability for two evening shifts per week.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Current CPR certification is required
- Basic computer proficiency
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to document efficiently and accurately
- Collaborative mindset for optimal patient care
