Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to become part of our vibrant team on either 2nd (3pm - 11pm) or 3rd (11pm - 7am) shifts. This role is crucial in delivering maintenance support to our active manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and be adept at troubleshooting and repairing various types of machinery and equipment. A focus on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and CNC systems makes this position ideal for a hands-on technician who excels in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address any signs of malfunction.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure machinery operates at optimal performance levels.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and components, utilizing schematics and technical documentation.
  • Work closely with the production team to schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize operational downtime.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring accurate records for future reference.
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area, stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians and staff to share knowledge and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance technician role within a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems is essential.
  • Technical training or certification in hydraulics, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of tools, including both power and hand tools, for maintenance and repair tasks.
