Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans
