Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Associate - Cart Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment, and assisting with cart retrieval and parking lot maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, including sweeping and cleaning the parking lot, and ensuring that carts are available and easily accessible.
  • Assist with cart retrieval and parking lot maintenance, including retrieving carts from the parking lot and restocking them in the designated areas.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of products and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
