Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for coordinating patient care delivery and promoting safe passage for our patients. Using the nursing process, the RN assesses patient needs, identifies nursing diagnoses, and develops an individualized plan of care. The RN works collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure timely and effective care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate clinical assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Provide age-specific, quality patient-centered care to all patients.
  • Develop, evaluate, and implement patient care plans to meet the needs of diverse patients.
  • Participate in quality/performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the professional development of peers.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Knowledge of nursing and patient care standards, medical terminology, and healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
