Job Title: Travelling Hydroblasting Foreman

Our client in Gonzales, LA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travelling Hydroblasting Foreman to lead their team of technicians on job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of technicians to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all safety procedures and practices are observed to prevent injury to self or coworkers
  • Ability to travel, possibly for extended periods, and work with the crew to achieve project goals
  • Read, write, and communicate effectively with job crew and client
  • Develop and maintain a positive attitude and approachable personality
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
