Job Summary

RTG Medical-Allied is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team in a travel position. As a key member of our radiology team, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of CT scanner technology and imaging protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and imaging results
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or imaging center setting
  • Strong knowledge of CT scanner technology and imaging protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
