We are seeking a highly skilled Cleanroom Assembler to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. As a Cleanroom Assembler, you will be responsible for performing assembly operations for single-use systems, assemblies, and products in a controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a sterile environment by following CGMP guidelines and adhering to clean room procedures.
- Measure, cut, position, and align tubing and small components for assembly.
- Operate equipment such as cable guns, tubing spreaders, bag sealers, and manual cutting devices.
- Read instructions and assembly drawings to identify product specifications and determine the sequence of assembly.
- Clean components and finished assemblies.
- Work in a clean room environment and adhere to all safety procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent desired, with a minimum of six months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess industry-specific training on how to assemble intricate parts or products in a controlled room or facility.
- Demonstrate attention to detail with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information skillfully.
- Ability to read and interpret written information and write clearly and informatively.
- Follows policies and procedures, meets productivity standards, and observes safety procedures.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
