Precision Metal Fabrication Specialist

We are a leading provider of fishing and rental tools, seeking an experienced Precision Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to produce high-quality metal parts. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Machining Operations: Set up and operate conventional machine tools, such as I.D./O.D. Grinders, Turret Lathes, and Horizontal Boring Mills, to produce precision metal parts.
• Tool Management: Maintain and manage cutting tools, including tool geometry and application knowledge.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and ensure products meet precise specifications.
• Training and Development: Instruct other shop personnel in proper machining techniques and methods.

1. Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
2. Experience: 4+ years of experience working with downhole fishing tools.
3. Skill Set: Ability to hold close tolerances, conduct component inspections, and perform with a minimum of direct supervision.
4. API Certifications: API 5CT & 7-1 knowledge is a must.
5. Personal Qualities: Strong communication and teamwork skills, willingness to work overtime, and a safe driving record.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
