Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and proactive Travel Operations Specialist to assist our VIP Travel Managers. If you possess exceptional organizational skills, a love for travel, and a commitment to delivering exemplary customer service, you may be the ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist VIP Travel Managers in various aspects of their responsibilities.
- Collaborate directly with luxury hotels worldwide to ensure client satisfaction.
- Review and rectify hotel invoices with precision.
- Support the reservation process, ensuring high accuracy from initial inquiry to final check-out.
- Help maintain the reservation system and update the company’s records.
- Perform additional tasks as required to assist the team and clients.
- Contribute to client satisfaction through effective communication via phone and email.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Hospitality) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in travel agency roles, hotel operations, or similar fields.
- Outstanding customer service abilities and a dedication to providing an exceptional client experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands.
- A positive mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Flexibility to work remotely during evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client requirements.
- Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.

Work Schedule:
