Our OfferingsWe provide a competitive hourly compensation rate of $23-$28 per hour, based on experience and skill set, plus performance-based pay increase. Our benefits package includes part-time schedule with evening shifts, training that meets eligibility to become a Registered Behavior Technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), mentorship for career growth, and opportunities for advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Support children in developing essential life skills, such as language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills
  • Document client progress and maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting 35 pounds and getting up and down quickly
