We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Education in Cedarburg, WI. As a key member of our learning community, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum to foster a love of learning in each child
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages exploration and growth
  • Build strong relationships with parents, fostering a collaborative approach to education
  • Support the success of our center, working collaboratively with staff and leadership to achieve goals
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively
  • CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role, or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors, and engage in physical activity with children
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write, understand, and speak English
