HealthSource of Ohio is looking for a dedicated Pharmacist who is committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients and the community. We seek approachable, reliable, and knowledgeable professionals to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense and prepare medications by interpreting prescriptions and medication orders; perform data entry for prescriptions, create labels, calculate dosages;
    count medications, label prescription containers, and conduct final checks on prescriptions.
  • Proactively manage inventory by ordering and expediting medications and supplies, confirming deliveries, and discarding expired products.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic pharmacy environment by adhering to established protocols, regulations, and standards.
  • Offer guidance to patients regarding their medications and over-the-counter products.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Pharmacy License in Ohio
  • Certification in Immunization from a recognized organization
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
