Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Join MGA Homecare as a Certified Nursing Assistant and be part of a team that provides exceptional patient care services. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide assistive care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care services as assigned by the RN, including vital sign checks, assistance with daily living activities, and documentation of patient information.
  • Assist patients with simple exercises and range of motion to promote mobility and comfort.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including observations and any changes in patient status.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide patient care services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
