We are currently seeking a Pedagogical Specialist/Educator/Social Worker (m/f/d) to join our team in Cologne Mülheim. The successful candidate will work 30 to 35 hours per week on an indefinite basis, starting as soon as possible.

• You will work with children and adolescents in group settings or individual support, utilizing your knowledge and skills to create a positive and inclusive environment.
• You will contribute to the development and implementation of programs that promote social pedagogy and support families in need.
• You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the success of our programs and the well-being of our clients.
• You will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and making decisions independently in your area of responsibility.
• You will be proactive in responding to changes and unexpected events in your workday.

• You have successfully completed your training as an Educator or Childhood Educator, or you hold a Bachelor of Arts in Social or Special Education or Social Work.
• You have (first) practical experience in community-oriented youth and social pedagogical family support.
• You are creative, artistic, or physically active, and you bring your skills and interests into your work with children and adolescents.
• You enjoy interacting with others and contributing to a positive team environment.
