Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Truck Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Swensons Drive-in Restaurants, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our food truck kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and train kitchen crew members to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Direct and monitor kitchen operations to ensure that all menu items meet our operational standards.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including prep training and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining food inventory levels and bank.
  • Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Clean and maintain the food truck and surrounding areas, including garage and passenger vehicles.
  • Communicate maintenance issues to the General Manager and review maintenance tags.
  • Provide excellent customer service and meet and exceed both company and customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Train and lead the kitchen team to achieve successful events and meet sales forecasting goals.
  • Adhere to and monitor crew member compliance with company policies, manuals, and practices.
  • Perform food truck opening and closing duties, including prep training and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining food truck inventory levels and bank.
  • Immediately and respectfully resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Clean and maintain the food truck and surrounding areas, including garage and passenger vehicles.
  • Communicate maintenance issues to the General Manager and review maintenance tags.
  • Follow proper sanitation and cleanliness standards to fulfill health requirements and standards.
