Compensation Package

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21.50, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a valued member of our high-performing team, you will be empowered to take pride in your work and equipped to excel in your role. Recent leadership experience and a passion for retail make this role perfect for you.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
  • Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties
  • Lead, coach, and develop others to achieve exceptional customer service
  • Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1 year of experience in retail leadership
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
