Position Overview:
We are looking for skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to enhance our dynamic team within the construction sector. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to leverage their expertise in mechanical maintenance, PLC systems, crusher machinery, repairs, welding, and equipment upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, including PLC and crusher systems.
2. Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures and malfunctions.
3. Operating forklifts for the movement and handling of heavy machinery and materials.
4. Performing welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks as necessary.
5. Managing inventory levels of spare parts and ensuring timely restocking.
6. Maintaining production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
7. Upholding strict safety compliance and promoting safety standards.
8. Utilizing millwright skills for machinery assembly, disassembly, and relocation.
9. Applying mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, hydraulics, and troubleshooting expertise to fulfill job requirements.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role, preferably in the construction field.
2. Demonstrated expertise in mechanical maintenance, PLC systems, crusher machinery, repairs, welding, and equipment management.
3. Valid forklift certification.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of safety compliance standards.
