Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Payroll Director to join our team at World Vision. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of global payroll policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in international payroll, with a strong background in financial accounting and taxation. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders to drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of global payroll policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and other stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage and lead a team of payroll professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in international payroll.
  • Strong background in financial accounting and taxation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally (up to 20%).
  • Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 USD to $120,000 USD per year.
