Job Overview

JND Mechanical is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee construction procedures and ensure timely and efficient project completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure profitable agreements.
  • Determine necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, while adhering to budgetary limitations.
  • Plan construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure timely completion.
  • Hire and allocate responsibilities to staff members.
  • Supervise laborers, mechanics, and other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Evaluate project progress and document key milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report any issues.
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a mechanical project manager.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material management, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

  • A team player with leadership abilities.
