The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to patient rights, our mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients with diverse needs, including hearing, sight, substance abuse, non-English speaking, and potential victims of abuse.
- Assume full responsibility for the quality of nursing care, including health maintenance, teaching, counseling, and restoration of optimal functioning.
- Delegate nursing activities to other registered nurses and/or healthcare personnel, ensuring ultimate responsibility for patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a BSN preferred.
- Current nursing license in Massachusetts required.
- BCLS and ACLS certification required.
