About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of infants, children, and adolescents with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes, promoting independence and improving quality of life.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, monitor progress, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current valid registered nursing license in the U.S.
  • Graduation from a qualified registered nursing program.
  • Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $34-$39/hour salary range, commensurate with experience.
