Your Role as a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN

As a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN, you will play a vital role in enabling patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and engage in activities they cherish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct, skilled nursing services in accordance with the Plan of Care under the direction of the RN Case Manager
  • Building trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and their families
  • Empowering caregivers by educating them on care for their loved ones
  • Collaborating with your care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity
