About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our technology team at Stealth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth through technology. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects, as well as ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with our business objectives, including budgeting for IT needs and monitoring technology trends.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • System Management: Ensure the availability, performance, and security of our IT systems and infrastructure, including maintenance and upgrading of existing systems.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance.
  • Security and Compliance: Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and project management.
  • Experience with system administration, network management, and data governance.
  • Expertise in security systems, enterprise applications, and electronic data interchange (EDI).
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 annually.

  • A hybrid work arrangement, with 4 days on-site at our Millville headquarters and 1 day remote.
