About The Role:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team at The Orchard. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional resident care, promoting their well-being, dignity, and quality of life. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence management.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Participate in rounds to check on resident status, respond to call lights, and perform vital sign monitoring as needed.
- Assist with dining service, activity programs, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Licensed CNA or related experience.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
