Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy intervention to a diverse patient population, working under the supervision of the Therapy Manager or Professional Practice Manager.
Responsibilities- Perform initial examinations, establish appropriate goals, and implement treatment interventions.
- Coordinate with other disciplines as indicated and provide training to families or care partners and medical personnel.
- Assume responsibility for all documentation requirements in a timely manner.
- Participate in discharge planning and make recommendations for continued physical therapy.
- Attend all appropriate conferences, rounds, inservices, and meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
