Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to work in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU/Med-Surg and be proficient in Epic. The contract is for 13 weeks, with 34 hours per week, and will involve rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the PCU setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- 2 years of experience in PCU/Med-Surg
- Proficient in Epic
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
