Position Overview:

We are seeking an Automotive Repair Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in automotive service and hold ASE certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks outlined in repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
• Conduct test drives and assess vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about necessary additional services and provide time estimates for repairs.
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification is mandatory.
• B level qualifications, including expertise in Diagnostics, Electrical Systems, and Engine Repair.
• Strong dexterity, requiring steady hands and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Proficient mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools.
• Exceptional customer service abilities and basic computer skills.
• Positive and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Capability to learn new technologies, repair techniques, and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
