Therapeutic Support Worker

The Therapeutic Support Worker will provide intensive support to children and youth who have experienced trauma. This position requires a high level of energy, creativity, and patience, as well as a deep understanding of trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support and therapy to each child, tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Develop and lead activities that promote social-emotional learning, problem-solving, and self-regulation skills.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
• Maintain accurate records of the children's progress and development.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree or credit preferred.
• Experience working with children and youth who have experienced trauma.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle.
