- Manage one or more non-complex clinics, developing and implementing staffing plans while ensuring appropriate coverage.
- Evaluate patient care delivery and implement enhancements in collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Direct the acquisition and allocation of resources to ensure effective and cost-efficient utilization.
- Monitor the annual budget to maintain adequate control of financial resources.
- Provide direct patient care as necessary, ensuring clinical skills are maintained.
- Identify opportunities and develop plans that align with the Medical Center's strategic initiatives.
- Monitor customer service satisfaction and take timely action to address any issues.
- Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure consistent standards of practice and communication.
- Ensure compliance with external licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agency standards.
- Take responsibility for your own professional development.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $110,000 - $147,680.00 Annual
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program; Master's degree in a related field within five years of hire.
Experience: Three years of progressively responsible experience as a registered nurse in a patient care setting.
Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia; AHA Health Care Provider BLS certification; valid Virginia Driver's license for managers overseeing operations in multiple locations; applicable specialty certification required at hire or within three years.
Physical Demands: This is primarily a sedentary role involving extensive use of desktop computers, with occasional walking required to attend meetings and programs.
