Position Overview:
As a Senior Clinical Pharmacy Leader at Providence, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the pharmacy operations at our facility. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package along with a sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the pharmacy management team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Supervise and guide pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in their roles.
- Manage staffing levels based on workload and availability.
- Lead the delivery of safe, effective, and economical pharmacy services through teamwork with healthcare professionals.
- Oversee specific areas within the pharmacy department, such as IV services or satellite pharmacy operations.
- Develop leadership skills in preparation for future roles within pharmacy management.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or completion of a PGY1 residency with at least 2 years of practice experience.

Preferred:
- Experience in Process Improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma and LEAN.
- Leadership experience of at least one year.
