About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Service Manager to lead our team of technical experts in providing exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with system operators to provide maintenance and troubleshooting support for fielded systems.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for Engineering Services in accordance with customer maintenance program requirements.
  • Support technical proposals with Engineering Support Service capabilities, costing, and personnel and documentation requirements.
  • Execute required Engineering Service activities until the time that workload and contracts allow for a team to be built.
  • Hire and manage a team of Engineering Service Representatives to provide coverage and capability as required by associated contracts.
  • Support Program meetings through content generation and presentation both internal and external.
  • Represent Areté's core values both in the office and while working remotely.
  • Work with engineering and production staff to ensure consistent and effective field work is performed.
  • Prepare and present technical briefings.
  • Maintain detailed logs and notes of work and modifications performed for internal and customer reference.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship is required to meet position eligibility.
  • Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required to meet position eligibility.
  • Areté will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
  • Successful passage of a Department of Transportation (DOTs) drug test is required to meet position eligibility.
