As a member of our culinary team, you will be part of a dynamic and creative environment. We strive to provide our members with an exceptional dining experience, from the beginning of the meal to the end.

Our Kitchen

We are a made-from-scratch kitchen, using seasonal ingredients and blending traditional and modern techniques. Our menu features an Italian/French style with Asian influences, and we encourage creative input from all team members.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or made-from-scratch kitchen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excitement for culinary arts, flavors, and cooking
  • Team player with a willingness to help others
  • Basic knowledge of traditional culinary terms and knife cuts
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Open availability, including nights and weekends

Physical Demands
