Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Culinary Extern. In this role, you will assist our chefs in food preparation, service, and kitchen operations, while gaining hands-on experience and refining your culinary skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support the kitchen team with ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to our high standards.
  • Learn and adhere to established recipes, portioning, and presentation techniques under the direction of senior chefs.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge of fine dining kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • 0-1 year of culinary experience, with a foundational understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Desire for learning and a commitment to upholding high standards of food quality and service.
