About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to oversee the financial aspects of our Resettlement programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and developing strategies to optimize program finances. You will also work closely with our finance team to ensure compliance with IRC's accounting systems and US Government funding guidelines.

The salary for this position is estimated at $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 10 paid holidays, 20-25 paid time off days, disability & life insurance, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program.
