Job Responsibilities:

As a Higher Education Assistant at Dallas College, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting instructors and deans, and performing various tasks related to your course of study. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, faculty, and staff, and develop your communication and teamwork skills.

In this role, you will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor, provide excellent customer service, and work independently with minimal supervision. You will also be required to complete required Dallas College professional development training hours.

To be successful in this position, you must be a mature, responsible, and organized individual who can pay attention to details. You must also meet the Satisfactory Academic Progress standards set by Dallas College and be enrolled in at least six hours for Fall and Spring semesters or three hours for Summer semesters.
