Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Administer assessments and complete required components for client funding sources
  • Evaluate and treat assigned caseload for speech, language, oral motor, feeding, swallowing, voice, fluency, articulation, and/or social communication disorders
  • Work closely with parents and caregivers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Engage in coordination of care with SBH's clinical ABA and PBSS staff on assessment and implementation of AAC devices, as needed
  • Deliver services in a client's home, community, and/or clinic setting
  • Develop reports including evaluation/assessment reports, individual treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in speech-language pathology or communication disorders from an accredited institution
  • Speech Language Pathologist holding a Certificate in Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) in good standing with ASHA, preferred
  • Current licensure or eligible for licensure for the state in which you work required
  • Knowledge of HIPAA practices and the ASHA ethical code
  • Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
  • Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position to a standing position as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
