Job Opportunity

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities to live more independently within the community and/or be more productive and participatory in community life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve their daily-living and social skills
  • Engage in activities with individuals to promote independence and community participation
  • Maintain annual 24-hour training requirements
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
  • Compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others
  • Valid Driver's License and existing insurance
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
